Offshore Marine Piling Simulator
A real-time simulation of offshore piling operations, letting engineers and crews rehearse methodology, verify clearances and communicate the operation long before mobilisation.
THE CHALLENGE
The problem behind the tool.
Offshore operations are expensive to mobilise and unforgiving of surprises. Methodologies communicated through documents and diagrams leave room for misreads across crews, clients and regulators.
WHAT WE BUILT
A purpose-built application.
We recreated the operation in a real-time environment — vessel, crane, hammer and piles — with the sequence playable step by step for engineering review and toolbox talks.
